Our minimum charge is $118.00 (plus 13% HST) and includes 1/16 of a full load, our labour costs and all transfer station fees.

Our minimum charge for standard household junk removal is $98.00 (+ HST).
Our junk removal pricing varies for a few reasons, namely how much junk you have, how many staff are needed, how long it takes to gather, sort and load, how much it weighs, access and if stairs are involved.
All of our pricing includes our trucks, transportation, labour and disposal.
HST (13%) is added to all pricing.
No, it won’t, as long the job we have agreed to is the same when we arrive.
The only time a quote needs to be adjusted is when the requirements of the job change after we have quoted for it.
If a quote needs to be adjusted, you will be presented with the new amount and have the chance to agree prior to any work being started.
We don’t take tires, propane tanks, paints or paint cans, gas, oil or anything deemed to be hazardous.
If you’re not sure, please call and ask us about it.
This always depends on the amount of junk and how it is presented to us.
If we arrive and everything is sorted in garbage bags, for example, we would most likely be done fairly quickly.
If the area is littered with various junk materials and needs to be gathered, sorted and loaded, it will take us longer to complete the job.
Whatever your situation, we can assure you that we are fast and efficient and will be finished as soon as possible.
